can not be worn or custom altered prior to returning. No returned merchandise
will be accepted without a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) from
NYMSuits Return department. Once a RGA Authorization Number is assigned, they
have 7 days to return the product to NYMSuits at their own expense.

This strict time-period is to ensure NYMSuits.com can return merchandise to appropriate
manufacturer in a reasonable time-frame. It is important that you repackage any
return very carefully in the original packing. It is important that you call in
and request a RMA# in order for us to verify and insure the returning of the package.
All refunds are applied upon approval on return from the shipping department.
